What do you wish you could do more every day?

I want to learn something new every day. Just like exploring an unknown world, I want to encounter new realms. A person starts within their own world, expands to the world of family, then moves through school and into society, experiencing an even broader world. The world appears different depending on the profession one chooses. People tend to immerse themselves deeply in their own world, often believing that what they know is everything. Once they hold onto a belief, they are reluctant to change it. This tendency strengthens with age. We can call this ‘habit.’

Habit is closer to the unconscious, and even thoughts can become trapped in habits. Mannerisms, narcissism, laziness, stubbornness, and prejudice are all influenced by habit. Breaking free from these requires a strong shock or deep suffering. Without experiencing life-shaking events, habits are not easily broken. Habits are closely linked to the body we are born with, and our DNA programs them to function and accumulate over time. While innate temperament and disposition do not change easily, they can be transformed through repetition and the power of thought.

Aging is not a curse. Instead, it means gaining the ability to control habits. Of course, physical aging is inevitable, but along with it comes wisdom, patience, and self-discipline to manage one’s disposition.

I am living in reverse. My body ages, but my energy overflows. It feels as if time is rewinding, as my physical strength and reflexes improve. Moreover, with age, I have gained wisdom, patience, and self-discipline to manage my temperament.

If you ask how I have come to have this explosive energy like a child, it is because I faced my hardships head-on. I turned struggles into a game and transformed physical labor into exercise. My skin has improved, and my body has become more agile. Both flexibility and muscle strength have increased. The process of building muscle in fitness training is not easy. However, by enduring that pain, the body becomes stronger, and mental resilience is also developed. I am not only earning money but also increasing my muscle mass, sharpening my focus, and enhancing my reflexes.

Ultimately, everything depends on how you perceive it. For some, physical labor may seem like hell, but I embraced it as a challenge. By maintaining a mindset of continuous learning and choosing to see every experience as beneficial, my body has gained muscle, my reflexes have sharpened, and my brain has become more active. It truly feels like time is flowing backward.

Through these transformations, I have gradually lost my fear of stepping out into the world. Instead, I am eager to explore new realms and meet new people. Through this process, my energy continues to recharge. What others may consider misfortune feels like a blessing to me.

When people face bad luck, they often blame themselves, hesitate, or fall into despair. Some even make extreme choices. However, bad luck is a sign of growth. Consider it an opportunity and confront it head-on. Once you overcome adversity, you will find yourself standing face-to-face with a stronger and greater version of yourself.
