What was the best compliment you’ve received?

The greatest compliment I have ever received was a simple yet heartfelt phrase from my child:
“Mom, you are the best in the world!”

No honor or wealth could bring me greater joy than those words. Being loved by someone you love is a joy that transcends all things—it is the very vitamin of life.

True love calms anxiety and makes any hardship feel lighter. To be loved is to change. And when we return that love and fill our hearts with it, fatigue disappears, hunger fades away, and we find ourselves experiencing a miraculous power, as if we had gained superhuman strength.

But empty compliments and insincere recognition ultimately lead to nothing but emptiness and futility. Falsehoods can never become truth. Sincerity is a force that cannot be concealed, suppressed, or contained. Even if it is locked away by the strongest of powers, it will inevitably reach its breaking point and burst forth with unstoppable energy.

In the end, only sincerity remains. And that sincerity changes us, filling the world with warmth and love.
